Terrible jokes aside, Forward head posture is the leading cause for chronic neck pain. The more your head falls forward the more pressure you place on your spine. This increases inflammation and accelerates arthritis.
There are a few simple tricks you can do at home to help your posture that I run through in the video on this page. Simple stretching, mobility exercises and a proper desk setup can make a massive difference to your head posture.
The trick is consistency. Also, if you have neck pain along with your head posture, you need to see a Chiropractor, physio or osteo asap to help improve the strength of your neck.
