Dr Robert Melillo developed the Melillo Method for helping kids with Neuro-developmental delays after several years of research and study. The method involves an assessment to identify weaknesses in either the left or right hemisphere combined with the presence of Primitive reflexes that are normally inhibited in early development.
Retained Primitive Reflexes prevent the normal maturation of the cortex and can cause issues with your childs academic, social and athletic development. Some common signs of Retained Primitive Reflexes include;
- ADHD/ ADD
- Prone to anxiety
